The SkyBlue™ Alliance is a membership-based program designed to strengthen BIOS Lighting’s partnerships with OEMs and contract manufacturers. It promotes quality, compliance, and innovation across the wellness lighting industry by offering access to BIOS SkyBlue™ components and collaborative marketing and technical support.
When does the program launch?
The SkyBlue™ Alliance officially launches in July 2025. Registration opens in mid-June.
Who can join the SkyBlue™ Alliance?
The program is open to contract manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and industry partners who integrate BIOS SkyBlue™ components into their lighting products and are committed to upholding BIOS’ quality, branding, and innovation standards.
Membership Details
What are the membership tiers?
There are two membership tiers:
- Independent SkyBlue™ Alliance Member
- Specified Supported SkyBlue™ Alliance Member
What is the difference between
the two tiers?
The Independent tier offers broader training around BIOS’ wellness lighting philosophy, includes a listing on BIOSLighting.com, and provides exclusive access to L1 technology (as well as L2 technology)
Specified Supported Members receive basic foundational support; however, they are required to specify their BIOS projects and are offered access to L2 technology only.
What are the fees to join?
- Initiation Fee: $7,500
- Annual Renewal: $2,500
- Initiation Fee: $3,750
- Annual Renewal: $1,250
Are there any fee waivers available?
- The initiation fee is waived if your company purchased more than $10,000 in BIOS components over the past 12 months.
- The annual renewal fee is waived if purchases exceed $10,000 (excluding S&H) in the current program year.
- In addition to the fee waiver for meeting this threshold, members will also be eligible for the Independent tier.
